Cheese Chao Sauce
This vegan cheese Chaos sauce is an excellent alternative to the regular cheese chaos sauce. This cheese is fantastic for people who are allergic to dairy products. You never have not to use cheese again if you try this recipe.

Ingredients

CHEESE

2 cups yellow potatoes, cleaned, peeled & diced large
1 cup carrots, clean & diced large
1/2 cup filter water
1/3 cup olive or avocado oil
1/2 cup red streamed bell pepper
2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh is best!)
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes ( Vitamin B12)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

Step One(1)

Boil the potatoes and carrots until soft.

Step Two(2)

Add potatoes, and carrots along with the rest of the wet and dry ingredients in a high powered blender, blend on medium to high until the cheese chaos is exceptionally smooth. Does a taste test before moving on to the next step. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Step Three(3)

After the cheese chaos is blended, add the cheese chaos into a medium to large size pot.

Step Four(4)

Turn stove top on low to medium heat.

Step Five(5)

Let the cheese chaos cook on low to medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes.

Step Six(6)

Serve warm and enjoy!
